Kornikrafts has its roots in a just-for-fun family tradition of making seasonal and themed decor and jewelry. When the opportunity for Marianne to become a stay-at-home mom arose, the idea of turning a fun passion into a small business was born. In keeping with a tradition of family fun, the bulk of Marianne’s creations are done side-by-side with her children who love to create their own versions of earrings, bracelets, and necklaces and they even like to join her at local vendor fairs. Marianne is happy to involve her children so they can experience the connection between creating a product, bringing it to market, and making a sale.
